Wow! It’ s July already. We have had a whirlwind spring at 360 Modern and homes are selling like hotcakes in Seattle and Bellevue. We can’t seem to keep anything in stock. After the last 3 years of a down economy and an even “downer” real estate market, this is happy news indeed.
Kirsten Robertson’s Horizon View listing sold within a couple of weeks. We had tons of traffic through the home, what we like to refer to as the “360 Modern Advantage”. Ultimately it sold to some mid-century modern aficionados that were thrilled to find a vintage home this impeccable condition. We don’t like to brag (well, just a bit) but both buyer and seller were represented by 360 Modern agents.
Heidi Ward’s listing in Renton went Pending within a couple of weeks. This would-be cover model for Atomic Ranch magazine was a catch for some buyers that weren’t even looking in the area. They happened to see the home on 360 Modern and contacted their agent to go see it. Voila! A match was made. Heidi’s other mid-century listing in Magnolia went almost immediately too. Can’t pass up those views.
The Johnson Team had a listing in a style we like to call “Modern Farm House” . It was a very cool modern add on to a vintage bungalow that had originally been built in 1935. The result was a very quick sale of a very cool home. 
Over in Maple Leaf, Tanya Thackeray sold a gorgeous Mid-Century Modern designed by modern master Jim Chiarelli. The home sold in 5 days, with multiple offers. Our own Heidi Ward represented the buyer. Tanya’s listing in Meridian Park is also Pending
Out yonder on Mitchell Hill, Mike Walker closed a gorgeous Arne Bystrom custom home. Although it was a short sale, the home was Pending within days and closed in just over 3 months. No small feat with a short sale.
Finally, that Bassetti-designed home that Monica and Laurence brought on and everyone went ga-ga over, went Pending in days as well. That was no surprise. This was an amazing home and the traffic and comments we got on our Facebook page were no small indication that this was a hot property.
