10624 Woodhaven Lane in Bellevue
This beautiful Mid-century Modern home found in the Bellevue neighborhood of Enetia offers a classic design. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed beams, a beautiful courtyard, and 2,080 square feet of living space. The home was built in 1954, and it’s currently pending sale with a list price of $1.29 million.
5814 189th Avenue SE in Issaquah
This luxurious home was designed by Thomas Dunstan and was recently listed for $1.59 million. It featured an in-ground pool, views of the lake and massive windows facing the wooed yard.
11340 SW Aventine Circus in Portland
Sold for $1.283 million, this swank Mid-century Modern home offers more than 3,800 square feet on 0.79 acres of land. It was listed at $1.349 million and sold for below the asking price. The house provides multiple decks and patios, along with a BBQ center and beautiful views of the landscaped backyard.
338 North 155th Street in Shoreline
Built in 1955, this three-bedroom home offers a mono-pitched roof with many updates. It was flipped after repairing the hardwood floors, adding new cabinetry and adding fresh paint. The renovation left the exposed ceiling beams and the brick fireplace for the new owner. It was listed for $849K.
Burkes-Belluschi House in Portland
One of the pioneers of Pacific Northwest Modernist design, Pietro Belluschi designed this incredible home for Clint and Genevieve Burkes in the 1940s. It was designed from wood glass, and stone. The house has since been restored by Pietro’s son Tony.
Historic Rummer House
The house owned by Kamissa Mort and Elizabeth Edwards is one of the most incredible Mid-century Modern homes in the Pacific Northwest. Rummer was actually an insurance adjuster, and design was a hobby of hist. He designed and built over 700 homes in the Portland area, however using classic post-and-beam designs. He was also known for adding amazing atriums to his homes.
The home is an A-frame Rummer home, and it was built in 1966. It provides 1,800 square feet of living space with an open floor plan, brick fireplace, and three bedrooms. The landscaping offers a Japanese garden style with plenty to see outside the large windows.
13524 North Park Avenue N in Seattle
Found along Bitter Lake, this beautiful Mid-century Modern home offers the lowest price tag on this list. It was listed for $700K most recently. The home provides about 50 feet of lakeside beach shared by seven neighbors.
Inside the home, there are two stone fireplaces, a basement, four bedrooms, and about 2,300 square feet of living space. The house sold in November 2018 for $635K, and it was built in 1956.
